Letta says Expo will be a ‘good opportunity’ for Italy

(ANSA) – Florence, October 23 – Italy is at times “self-defeating” but Milan Expo 2015 will be a good opportunity for the country to show its best side, Premier Enrico Letta said Wednesday.

“Sometimes we are self-defeating, but this is a good opportunity for Italy,” Letta said during an interview with RAI News 24.

More than 130 countries have signed on for the 2015 Expo in Milan which will open in May and continue through October with the theme: ‘Feeding the Planet – Energy for Life’.
