Lawyer turns self in for hit-and-run

Fabio Apollonio appeared at the Parma prosecutor’s office accompanied by his lawyer Fabio Bonati. POn February 19, Mara Aicardi was hit by an automobile as she crossed a street in the Parma city centre.
